This is the Business Card Jig. This jig is not made of plastic, and won't melt. The Business Card will hold multiple cards in each slot. Each slot measures 86mmx54mm. After shipping we will send out instructions and template file to help you get up and using the jig fast. Jig can be bolted to workspace or clamped. Two mounting screws included M6-1.0 20mm long. The item itself is fantastic. The digital template is also fantastic. You simply import the digital template, tell your laser to ignore the lines of the template, delete the wording included, and boom, done. When it comes to the physical template there is some finagling needed, but nothing too big. I set my laser off and let it draw a piece of the line first, then adjusted based off that. Now it’s working away making me business cards. Fantastic, I’m grateful this seller offers these, because they made using my laser for business cards so much easier. That said, the customer care is equally good. I had lots of questions that were noob questions. Seller didn’t miss a beat finding me the data needing and telling me how to use it. I will absolutely buy from this seller again. If I really crank out cards I may buy another template
